Who we are

What we collect

When you register as a guest or apply for membership, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• Your name, business name and business specialism
• Your email address and phone number
• On the membership application: your website (optional), years trading, area covered, what you want from the club and whether you have attended as a guest
• Your privacy consent and the date you gave it

We also record how you found us: the page you submitted the form on, any campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and a source tag such as “qr” if you scanned our QR code.

How we use it

• To contact you about attending a meeting as a guest, including the date of the next meeting
• To review and respond to your membership application
• To check whether your business specialism is available
• To understand which of our promotions are working

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in running the club and replying to your enquiry. We won’t send you marketing unless you have agreed to it.

Who processes your data

Form submissions are sent to GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.), the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use to manage guest registrations, applications and follow-up messages. HighLevel acts as our data processor and stores your information on our behalf. HighLevel may process data outside the UK; where it does, appropriate safeguards are used.

Submissions are also stored in this website’s database, hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER – to confirm], and sent by email to the club’s administrator.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep guest and application details for as long as we need them to deal with your registration or application, and for up to [RETENTION PERIOD – awaiting Jamie] afterwards, unless you become a member or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights
